SHIPPING POLICY & FAQ

How long will it take for me to receive an Inspire2D.R.E.A.M package?

​

Inspire2D.R.E.A.M strives to provide the best shipping options no matter the location of where you live. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after orders are placed. The company cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

​

Items created and distributed by Inspire2D.R.E.A.M are custom made. Normal processing and shipping time for Inspire2D.R.E.A.M packages is seven to 14 days. Orders are shipped via USPS. Inspire2D.R.E.A.M is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.

NOTE: Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus, orders could potentially take two to three weeks to process and ship.

Is it possible to return or exchange Inspire2D.R.E.A.M items?

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However, if you would like to exchange an item instead of a refund, please let us know.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at shopinspire2dream@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

NOTE: Please do not return any items without contacting the support team first. Items must be in saleable condition (e.g. no deodorant stains, sweat marks, food stains, etc.)

 

Shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing and incoming). If an exchange includes a new item at an additional cost, an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.

What happens when orders have been placed and received?

Once items are received by our fulfillment center, please allow five to 10 days for processing.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 

​

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges 

​

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
